2. User-Generated Content

Our platform allows users to post photos, bios, and karting updates ("Content").

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all Content you upload to the Platform.
• License: By uploading Content, you grant SynchroPit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

3. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe and professional environment, users agree NOT to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
• Upload explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent imagery.
• Impersonate other individuals, drivers, or organizations.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the Platform.

4. Moderation & Termination

SynchroPit reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to review, hide, or permanently remove any Content that violates these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for repeated or severe violations of these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. SynchroPit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

In no event shall SynchroPit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or your inability to use the Platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
